We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team in our Newton, MA office. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) who create new customer opportunities for our Regional Sales Managers covering international sales. He/She will have strong prospecting skills and possess the ability to train, coach, and maximize BDR team performance. This self-starter will possess an ardent work-ethic, have effective communication skills (written and verbal), and understands the importance of leading by example.
