Water Treatment Solutions

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a widely-applied water treatment technology that uses membranes to recover purified permeate from a pressurized feed/brine stream. Desalitech’s Closed Circuit Desalination (CCD^TM) technology is a new approach to RO.

Desalitech’s products are modular solutions, featuring fixed hardware configurations with programmable operations. They deliver reliable, high-efficiency performance with a level of flexibility previously unknown in water treatment. CCD units maximize utilization of source waters, minimize brine effluent generation and related disposal fees, and conserve energy, reducing capital and operating expenses. They are available in unit sizes of 100, 500, 1,000 or 5,000 cubic meters per day, made to order or prefabricated. All containerized and skid-mounted plants are fully automated, designed for 24/7 operation and contain all the necessary pre- and post-treatment capabilities.

Desalitech is currently focused on standalone RO plants of up to several thousands of cubic meters per day. However, there are no limitations in using Desalitech technology for mega desalination plants of hundreds of thousands cubic meters per day.
